On 1 February 2019, based on an entry into the National Court Register [KRS], ORLEN Południe S.A. and Euronaft Trzebinia Sp. z o.o. were merged.
The merger took place by transferring the entire assets of Euronaft Trzebinia Sp. z o.o. as the Acquired Company onto ORLEN Południe S.A. as the Acquiring Company. Optimization and simplification of the ownership structure are the goals of the merger.
