Manager and business adviser with over 20 years of professional experience in strategic and operational management. Before joining ORLEN Południe S.A., he served on the management boards of companies providing marketing, communication, and business development services.

He completed numerous projects for companies and organisations across various industries, including energy, infrastructure, automotive, FMCG, real estate, business services, e-commerce, public administration, media, legal services, and M&A. 

He has experience in developing and implementing business, marketing, public relations and corporate social responsibility strategies. He led public consultations and promoted circular economy initiatives, including Waste-to-Energy solutions.

In 2008, after passing the state exam, he became eligible to serve on the supervisory boards of companies with State Treasury shareholding. 

He has supervisory experience in companies operating in wholesale and retail trade, property management, and real estate investment. 

Since 2021, he has been serving as a Councillor at the Cracow Chamber of Industry and Commerce, a business organisation with over 140 member companies. 

Graduate of the Faculty of Management and Social Communication at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow, majoring in “Quality Management Systems – Quality Manager Training”. Graduate of the management programme “A One-Year Management Development Program MANAGEMENT™” by ICAN Institute & Harvard Business Publishing.
